Contributes to marketing strategy
by leveraging social media to
identify and acquire customers:
Obtains market share by
developing social media marketing
plans and programs for each
product and directing promotional
support:
• Make social plans and helps drive them with the agency.
Conceptualize & ideate content for social platforms
• Define channel strategy and use platforms according to the goal of
the campaign
• Define social look and feel and voice for the brand
• Independently manage social assets and day to day digital activities.
• Follow hygiene/drive engagement across social media channels
• Product promotion and online community building programs
• Influencer outreach programs for social content
• Channel-wise strategic thinking and product promotion
• Manage media monies and device plans accordingly
• Think and ideate quick hacks, recipes etc. with Bloggers & Influencers
on regular basis. Research and identify relevant content to curate on
social media. Collate and create reports for social channels/
campaigns /digital objectives.
Keep up with trends and best
practices in Social Media tools as
well as monitor competition
activation and campaigns:
Work on making the brand assets
like website + paid campaigns
leading to the website:
Ecom Management + Marketing:
• Knowledge about the platform working and hands-on experience of
creating ads, managing campaigns + competition mapping tools.
Consumer insights: analyze trends in social behavior; leverage
results.
• Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and
analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
• Regular website audit and content updating.
• Manage Amazon marketing paid intervention- AMS & display.
Manage and lead paid interventions on big basket, Quick commerce
platforms like Blink it (Grafers), Zepto etc.
• Monitor ROAS for key products & SKUs, look at availability and
pricing on platforms, maintain and manage hygiene on these
platforms.
• Liaison with the agency/KAMs/Account managers for
implementation of the paid interventions. Monitor reports and
performance and present the data internal
