Job Description
1. Handling Front end.
2. Handling Customer Engagement
3. Handling Collections (Customers, Channel partners)
4. Should be focusing on customer service & effectively manage and build customer relationships across entire life cycle of customer with the organization.
5. Trouble shoot customer issues related to Real Estate industry
6. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
7. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
8. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
9. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
10. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
11. Relationship Management.
a) Daily Walk-in, IVR, Transfers, Name change, Bank loan cases, Agreements, Update on DMS)
b) Monthly (CRM Deck/ Board review, Customer Portals, Mobile application)
