Job Description
• Support, implement and scale growth projects and CRM strategies to maximize funnel wide performance and achieve LTV, retention and reactivation business goals
• Develop automated and manual segmentation and personalization programs, build and manage their deployments across all channels including on-site, push, email, WhatsApp as well as relevant functions (brand and digital marketing, customer experience)
• Segregate the pool of customers into different sets, setting up several CRM flows for each of the sets.
• Ensure CRM system provides effective sales funnel
• Troubleshoot software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
• Establish internal + industry benchmarks, provide strategic insights for raising the bar and shape future marketing, product and website strategies
• Continuously run A/B tests and deploy CRO techniques.
• Monitor performance, user feedback and budget utilizations on real time/ daily/ weekly/ monthly bases
Skills
• 1-3 years in growth and CRM marketing roles
• Highly strategic and analytical with a sharp ability to deploy actionable strategies based on factual insights
• Strong understanding of CRM, push notifications, email and mobile marketing
• Very strong understanding and inclination towards product (web and app), technology and all things growth
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and metrics
• A highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in his/her pursuit of rapid growth
• A builder who loves the hustle, ambiguity and ownership of start-ups
