Job Description
Expected Key Results Activities
Actively participate and be
responsible for all sales activities
related to overall business
development & growth.
• Achieving business plans – like Volume & Value
• Basic Planning & Forecasting
• Ensuring implementation of Sales strategies to deliver
annual objectives
• Ensuring good coordination with internal & external teams
• Managing & servicing new and existing customers with
respect to product supplies and increasing business with
them
• Monitor & report the competitor activities
To ensure effective Distributor
Handling
• Ensuring appropriate stock levels at distributor point
• Regular meetings with distributors
• Monitoring the distributor performance & dealing with the
issues related to him on time
• Carrying out proper stacking of stocks with FIFO method
• Customer billing should be done at selling prices
• Ensuring distributor submits required reports & claims on time
• Ensuring distributor is informed about new pricing & new
products on time
Customer Servicing • Build healthy relationship with the customers
• Ensuring timely collection of orders & execution
• Proper customer feedback & timely update
• Customer Expansion into new & old territories
• Customer Acquisition & Line Extension as per given plan
