Job Description
REQUIREMENT: -
1. Calling customers who place an inquiry for a watch on the website or any other online
platforms including social media handles and ensuring a healthy lead to sales conversion ratio.
2. Managing leads and organized reporting on leads and deliverables.
3. Ability to achieve the budgeted sales targets or brand focus targets.
4. Interacting with customers telephonically & at store. Converting them into successful sales
5. Ability to maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
researching, recommending and selling new/ alternative/ organization focused products.
6. Ability to build and sustain a symbiotic relationship with the staff at the stores on a pan India level.
7. Aptitude to understand the product (aesthetics and technicality) - brands, watches along with an ability to
understand customer preferences, industry trends, stock keeping etc.
8. Ability to adapt to changing requirements within the department from time to time.
9. Ensure end to end coordination of the lead management cycle including providing after sales service
support to customer if need be and troubleshooting his concerns.
10. Ensure premium level of calls and client satisfaction in all interactions
