Job Description:

1.       Responsible for running the Ethos loyalty program.

2.       Monitoring customer enrollments and validations

3.       Identification of eligible customers for adding to database and capturing their details

4.       Monitor enrolments happening at stores and ensure achievement of benchmark

5.       Conceptualize new engagement opportunities and work with the stores to implement them

6.       Track customer engagements and capture in system

7.       Ability to work with stores and marketing to ensure maximum customer engagement


Requirements

1.Experience in loyalty programs preferred but not mandatory

2.Exposure to handling and interpreting data
