What You’ll Do

• Understand design briefs

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs for a diverse set of media channels: Social Media 

Creatives, Social Media Ads, Brand Logos, Brochures, Standees etc.

• Have an understanding of the UI/UX Frameworks and ability to manage website designs

• Adapt the creatives for different social media platforms as required

• Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media

• Work on videos for Product Explainers, Logo Animations, Social Media GIF’s, Social Media Videos, 

Reels, Stories & others as relevant

• Work along with cross functional teams to develop new ideas, brainstorm, develop new concepts

• Understand client feedback and amend designs

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of motion graphic designing experience

• A strong portfolio of illustrations & other graphics

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw, 

Photoshop, Canva, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Passionate about brand communication

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadline
