Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualizing and designing creatives for Facebook & Google campaigns
2. Adapt the brand’s visual style & language into ads, emailers etc.
3. Position new launches, name new garments, collections etc. and design creatives for it
4. Evolve the brand’s language over time
5. Brainstorm ideas with the Creative Head on specialized campaigns & launches
6. Explore new mediums/channels or forms of communication like look books, videos etc.
7. Analyse, evaluate creatives over time with the objective of refinement
8. Plan timelines, tasks for all creatives
9. Implement a Data driven design approach
10. Bring to life the collections, brand through relevant activations of the website

Skills:
1. Proficiency in the Adobe suite, mainly Photoshop & Illustrator
2. Proficiency in creating gifs & motion graphic videos
3. A decent grasp of content & creative writing
4. Basic understanding of responsive design for designing creatives for the website
5. Strong design thinking & problem-solving skills
6. A willingness & a desire to learn, adapt and grow your creative skillset
7. The ability/willingness to express yourself and table your thoughts for better inter-team communication
