• Responsible for the project layout of the upcoming stores.

• Control on standards on Project execution - To maintain high quality standards in execution of store fit out.

• New Vendor Development & Negotiation - To search new potential vendors for store design & development with cost efficacy.

• Responsible for handling the complete design detailing with external designers

• Ensuring quantity is as per designed plans & sites.

• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.

• Coordination with fit out agency for drawings and execution of Civil, Electrical, HVAC, firefighting, wood work, etc. for completion of the project.

• Coordination with furniture vendor for providing furniture for the store.

• Planning budgets for store development.

• Planning and Execution of stores PAN India starting from the scratch to the launch of the project.

• Coordination with the vendors for Repair & Maintenance and renovation of the stores. 

• Coordination with the Mall Management for taking the handover of site, documentation and for necessary permissions during execution.
