1.       Responsible for coordinating with the stores to track the engagement of important customers

2.       Monitoring customer enrollments and validations

 3.       Identification of eligible customers for adding to database and capturing their details

4.       Monitor enrolments happening at stores and ensure achievement of benchmark 

5.       Track if there is drop in purchases of top customers and give feedback to operations team

6.       Ability to work with stores and marketing to ensure maximum customer engagement

Requirements

1. Experience of managing data required
